We set up Quality Assurance Inspector for factories who visit factories on a regular and full time basis in order to ensure Development, Sampling, Production Follow Up, CSR Checking, Confirming required quality standards. We make a first sample and send it to the customer to check the Workmanship and according to First sample comments we make each color sample by using actual accessories and send to customer to avoid any kind of mistake in Bulk Production.

We have technical expert whose job is to guide the factory from the selection of the yarn till to finishing of the fabric and guiding the factory in every day’s trouble shooting to get the proper fabrics, garments fits.

We cooperate with any nominated freight forwarder of our client. Our logistic staff will monitor the ex-factory of goods to the Chittagong Port. They closely follow-up both with the freight forwarders and the factory team to ensure that goods are delivered properly.

Letter of Credits (L/C) at sight but after build-up the relationship with our clients, we may select the convenient payment method as per both parities convenience.

We conduct Inspections and various checks at different stages of production of Garments from Raw Materials to Finished products. Inspection at different stages such as raw materials, Initial production stage, inline inspections, midline inspection, labeling and packaging inspection. Third party inspection is also welcome, if buyer wants.

We believe safe work place gives much confidence to the workers. Human rights, occupational health and safety are our main principal. We respect buyer’s code of conduct and always trying for the continuous improvement of the social standard of the workers. Workers opinion and suggestions are considered through workers welfare committee.
